IEEE citation format. Minimum 15 references. Use reference management tools (Mendeley, Zotero, etc.).
All submissions must be original and not under review at any other conference or journal. Prior workshop papers with significant extensions (>30% new content) may be considered.

All papers are checked using iThenticate. Plagiarism exceeding 15% similarity will be desk-rejected. Fabrication of data is grounds for permanent rejection and reporting.
Upon acceptance, authors must sign the IEEE copyright transfer form. Authors retain the right to post a preprint on their institutional repository.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper in person or virtually. Failure to present may result in removal from proceedings.
Authors may submit multiple papers. Each paper requires a separate registration. Group discounts apply for 3+ papers from the same institution.
